Review: The lost my king size down comforter in early November and have told me several times they will send me a check for $350 to replace it. It cost $500. I have called them and visited their store [redacted] several times first to retrieve my comforter and then to get the replacement cost which they agreed to $350. So far nothing they have told me has happened. The owner is [redacted] and the store manager is [redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund - I want everyone to know they have a problem with customer service and do not respond to complaints or follow thorough with the actions they promised
