All the claims made by the Debtor are and we will be filing a law suit for slander
The collateral was repossessed, on 10/28/2015, due to the account being in defaultAt the time of repossession, the Debtor had made payments and
of them were late (past the due date), payments were NSF payments, late fees had incurred and of the payments were 30+ days' late
The Debtor broke his last payment arrangements to get his account current (Broken Promise), which led to the repossession
Repossession is our last resort and we make every attempt possible to avoid these situationsAfter repossession occurs, we have the option to demand a payoff in full or we can offer the Debtor to get his equipment back by getting his account current and by providing update insurance information, etc
In this situation, we offered the Debtor to get his collateral returned by getting his account current and in addition we offered a refinance agreement
As the Debtor could not make his regular payment amount on time, we generously offered a refinance agreement, which would lower his payment by $monthlyWe by no means forced the Debtor to enter into the refinance agreement and they are welcome to make payments on the original payment scheduleWe simply want our Debtors to honor their agreements and make payments as agreed
If this Debtor simple made their payments on time and honored their agreement, there would be no issues and there would be no need for us to contact them in any form
