I had my coach cleaned by these people and they did a mediocre job, breaking an outside light...and not mentioning it until I found out after they left. I called them and the owner, Tom, promptly agreed to pay to replace two of them for $140. That seemed appropriate.
They cleaned the gutters and found that my roof needed replacing. This was not a surprise as I knew it was soon to be required.
HOWEVER, they undertook to do the joy, took the money to order the materials, and were not seen again for five weeks! Then, they did the job and all seemed well. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: Since the job was done--with a 30 year guarantee--I have not been able to get a return phone call regarding issues. They have not sent the $140. My gutters are running over because they did not align the downspout. When it rains, water is pouring onto the carpet on my deck as a result.
I have called them five times with no result, no return phone call, no check for the $140...absolutely nothing. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE>
