Filed a complaint with Contractors State Licensing Board about poor craftmanship and inability of builder to make necessary repairs as covered under warranty. Hopefully, builder will finally follow own policy and fix the many construction flaws. They continue to build new homes yet don't follow through on promises to correct problems.
