My husband and I were looking to remodel our homeWe went to Home Depot where the flooring department recommended Coastal Construction GroupWe first met with Mike from Coastal on Oct He spent over hours at our house and took notes in his ledger about all of the changes we were hoping to makeHe also made very snide comments about the kitchen expert from Ikea who was designing our kitchen and went as far as to say "I don't install Ikea products." A week later, on Nov 2, Mike returned to the house to give us "a final estimate and scope" in personUnfortunately, Mike couldn't seem to locate all of his notes from the first visit and we had to go through everything againWhen I told him that I had sent him emails after the first meeting he looked at me dumbfoundedly and said "Oh you did?" So apparently for an entire week, he had not checked or had not responded to my emailsHe seemed perturbed when I opened up my laptop and enumerated the dates on which I had sent him those emailsAll of a sudden he miraculously found the emails on his ipadThat type of lacksadaisical approach does not reassure a potential clientHe seemed confounded and confusedHe had a plumber come over to look at an estimateThe plumber was likeable enough but did say "I usually stay away from him." Mike spent almost hours at the house, but somehow couldn't produce a final numberHe said he would email me the final quote because it had to "be approved by Cody." It's been more than hours and without any surprise Mike has not contacted usThis is fine honestly because I wouldn't bother doing business with him or his group

He spent over 2 hours at our house and took notes in his ledger about all of the changes we were hoping to make. He also made very snide comments about the kitchen expert from Ikea who was designing our kitchen and went as far as to say "I don't install Ikea products." A week later, on Nov 2, Mike returned to the house to give us "a final estimate and scope" in person. Unfortunately, Mike couldn't seem to locate all of his notes from the first visit and we had to go through everything again.
