My husband purchased pro plan dog food for our dog on 8/8/, we opened the bag on 8/9/and noticed the dog food was infestested with small black bugsI called the store immediately and was told by salesman that they we're aware of issues with that food in particular and had no way to inspect the food because they can't open up the bagsWhen I asked why they continued to sell a food product that has known issues , I was told they are expected to sell whatever is on their shelvesThis is not the first time there has been an issue with bags of dog food purchased at this location, appx 1-years ago we received a bag of moldy dog food, called and reported the issue and was refunded and given coupons for future Purina purchasesI have also called Purina direct to report this issue and expect quality control to do their part on inspection and prevention to be sure this doesn't happen again, and would suggest inspection of this store as wellI have no idea where they get their food from , but for a newer store, and incidents of contaminated infested food warrants a health inspection and investigationAnd knowingly selling food that could be adverse to our pets is just wrongI will never purchase here againEver
