Last seen at this site 12/2/18. have a refund owed but refuses to return it. It has been 5 months
last seen at coastal on 12/2/18. I am owed a refund for over payment. Have called 6 times and have been told can not offer refund untill end of quater, my insurance has not paid .. The excuses go on and on. The final answer has been *** still owes *** dollars to them so they will not issue a refund until they are paid by insurance. Have proof that *** paid them *** on 2/15/19. I sent them a letter on 4/2/19 saying they have ten days to offer refund or I shall seek other remedies. They ignored me. This is maddening and it never ends.

I am sorry that we have upset you. I understand at least part of your frustration because we deal with the insurances daily on this type of issue. Our accounting statements will show various states of credits and balances until the charge is satisfied by the combination of payers (primary insurance, secondary insurance,& insured). I have no reason to keep *** that belongs to you. I know that my billing person has attempted to explain the complexities of billing multiple insurances however, I am happy to call and see what I can do to help.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not been to this business since 12/02/2018. We are past 5 months since they filed for insurance. The months of Nov and Dec of 2018 have been paid by both insurance. This means it is not too difficult. reasonable time is the question here.
