This shop took longer to fix my car than my insurance would allow I had a rental car my insurance was paying for (actually it was the person who hit me insurance as the accident was not my fault)anyways because the owner of this shop took way to long I had to pay the difference in what was owed to the rental car place (***), Which was $ The owner told me he would take care of it as it was clearly his fault! Well he never paid them so *** charged my CC for the $ I have sent the Body shop owner the statement from *** and he keeps saying he will pay ( I have this in writing) but still nothing This has been going on since November 2016.He will not communicate with me All I got back in the email I sent them was " we will be in touch" This was Sent March 1st and I have heard nothing since

I had my corvette taken from the mechanics to the shop for interior work and paint on around may 18th I gave him $to buy partsI was told that everything I wanted done could be done for under $I was also told that it could be done by July The car was totally taken apartIt was not done by that dateThen I was told it would be done by August 8thStill in pieces and nothing doneWas then told it would be done in OctoberStill nothingHe told me days it would be doneStill not doneIn October he asked me for $more to cover the new seats, speakers, bumper, wheels and paintTold him I absolutely had to have the car no later than NovemberI was told over and over that the seats had been sent to be redoneAnd they were readyHe needed to go pick them upI told him I had to have the car in November
