I ordered jacket on 5/** I did not receive I may have until 7/ [redacted] to file a credit card dispute so contact me quickly Company has given me the run around

I was not handed my receipt at columbus circle store When I went to make return I was told that I could only get store credit, even though I paid with credit card I was told to call online store not corporate directly

Completed an order on July *** Payment was via the Paypal Mastercard The amount was $ It was charged the same day I made the order, as can be seen here;

on July ***, this $was refunded to Paypal (and eventually reflected on the credit card) No explanation was given for this cancellation -- never received an email or any further information in regard to it
I then contacted customer support asking for a reason as to why this was cancelled, I was told;

I had placed an order with Armanie Exchange in November The order was supposedly delivered on 11/**/2017; however, I never received it I contacted Armani Exchange regarding this issue; however, it's now 1/*/2018- I have been contacting them via both email and phone and has not gotten any updates The answer I receive every time I email has been "they will contact me with in hours" and the answer I receive over the phone has been "we will escalated this issue and let you know with in hours" I have also contacted *** who is the shipper, they stated their investigation has been completed back in December I am not sure how long this will go on I have all the email conversations saved if needed The purchase cost me $shipping included All I ask is either for a refund or ship me the product I ordered

I placed an order, order # ***We originally sent back 2/items and needed to send back the third itemI went to the store and they advised that they no longer take online returnsSo I called into customer service, and requested a return label by a representative by the name of Christian, Request #***, Call #*** and requested a return label and he advised that I would need to send an email including photos of the jacket in order for it to be returnedI felt that that was unnecessary being that I was still within the return period and I reordered the same jacket and kept on the following orderI requested to speak to a supervisor and he placed me on hold, then came back on the line and said that they were busy, I advised him I would waitHe then hung up the phone on me and disconnected the callI had to call back and spoke with a representative by the name of Isabell, she advised that she would email the return label and it was never sent

2/**/i made an order with Armani Exchange - about $in clothes

2/**/I made a return of (2) Tropical wool suits - about $
Armani Exchange has since verified that they received the return and issued a refund However, It hasn't been issued yet I have made over calls to their customer service department and each person I talk to cant tell me anything about my refund
It is now 4/**/(2) months after my initial order and they still will not refund my money Or cant tell me when they will

On cyber Monday they were advertising that there shirts were being sold at dollars each or as set of for dollars, buying the set of two they still charge my credit card individual pricing as of dollars each xI called customer service and I was told they would adjust the price and send me an email confirmation on the diference but that never happen Also within the the same sale a few week before I spend over dollars of clothing and to see they drop the prices to half the priceThis is complete abuse because most companies you call them and they do the price match or adjust the price to the current, speaking to customer service I was told they have been told old not to do any price corrections on the saleThey refuse to do anything and calling you seat on hold for to minutes and the system will just hang up at some point your waiting
