This customer contacted our Corporate Office via social media this morning and the matter was resolved hours before this complaint was received from the Revdex.com. Due to the complexity of State and Federal regulations related to Firearm sales we are not able to return or exchange the weapon for our
customer (as customer indicated he understood as our policy). In most cases the customer can return the item to the Manufacturer free of charge and problems can be resolved quite easily. However, this manufacturer is slightly different and charges a fee for the return. Unfortunately, an employee in our Sporting Goods Department did not understand that this vendor is different and that our company is more than happy to pay any shipping charges to return a presumably defective gun purchased from us to the manufacturer. The White City Sporting Goods Manager contacted the customer this morning and an agreement has been made that we will return the gun to the manufacturer at our expense for a repair or replacement. In addition, we were happy to provide the customer with some free ammunition in compensation for the time and trouble that he went through in this situation. We believe the customer is satisfied with this resolution
