My balance after a voluntary car repossession is incorrect I contacted coastal on 12/22/and voluntarily surrendered my autoThe payment was current until 12/25/2017.They picked up the auto on 12/30/2017.They sold it sometime on or around 1/31/2018.They didn't send any documents that indicated how or when the auto would be soldThey came up with numerous letters later stating that I had received all the information by mail but I didn'tThey told me that they didn't have any control over the USPS.The only way that I realized the auto had been sold was an alert from credit karmaI have spoken with numerous staff about this matterThey then told me that all my paperwork had been sent by EDOCSThey sold the auto at a low price and really quickThey showed a balance of $17,on 3/1/2018.They collected $17,on 3/29/from Coastal insurance protectionThe ballon payment should have cleared most of the debt.They show that I still owe $1080.76.They charged the debt

Coastal FCU has not being putting my additional payments towards the principal as directedNor did they put my name on the loan I recently made my first HUGE investment April with buying a Honda Accord financed through Costal FCU with my mother and myself on the loan so I was toldI'm a recent grad trying to strengthen my credit score I work monday-friday 8-so my mother has been making my payments to one of their sister banks by the name of [redacted] which is close byI work extremely hard to make above the min payment required and instructed my mother to pay the additional towards the principal NOT THE Interest So Octmy boss gave me an early afternoon I decided to go pay the car pmt myself providing all the required info she informs me my name is not on the loan just my mothers,(1st shocker) I tell the clerk to add the additional towards Principal she says there is NO WAY to pay principal unless I mail it to the some GA or SC address, Im lost I ask several differe

I called Customer service and payment services several timesSpent hours (mainly on hold)with reps and no one would provide me a Manager to assist My account was manually adjusted by a Coastal Credit union repI only noticed when I went online to pay billsI called and first rep said I needed to contact fraudI tried to tell them it was a Coastal rep that made the manual withdrawalShe could not tell me what it wasShe put me on hold and got another repThis rep said that it was a Debit ChargeI said impossible that I do not use my Debit card and it was in my safeshe said someone from accounting would have to get back to me within hoursI said unacceptableI then located my debit card from my safe and called back explaining everything againthe new lady said that she pulled up my Debit card and that it has not been used for over months and it was expiredI said ok then please tell me why lady prior said that the charge that was manually withdrew was a debit charg

My debit card was compromised and the Credit union shut it dow before I could get cashStill waiting for a pin number since last Thursday, days ag On Thursday Out I received a call from The Coastal Fed Credit unionThey said my Card was compromised and I must call the branchI call and they said they would issue another card rushing it after I put up a fight as I had no money and they shut my card downI live about miles from the nearest branchI received my card on Monday but am still waiting from the PIN they said was mailed and should have been received days prior or after the cardI call times and no one s willing to help meI have to wait for the mailI am going on vacation and need my moneyI live too far to travel to the credit union everytime I need cash and on vacation it wont help me without the pinIt is very frustrating and I feel punished by them not giving me access to my moneyThank you, [redacted]

Coastal FCU is harassing me about a vehicle that became their property in July This is not about bankruptcy although it will mention the word Last year I filed bankruptcy and as a result I had to turn my car over to Coastal FCUAs of July 5, the title was put into Coastal FCU's name and not mineMy lawyer turned this car over to them in July For months I hadn't heard a word from Coastal as was to be expected but in May Coastal FCU started calling and harassing me daily telling me that the vehicle is missing from their lotThey even accused me of still having the car which their legal department later apologized forThey had a Coastal FCU lawyer send me a nasty graham, they pulled my credit, they have had a repo company call and harass me over and over and they call and e-mail me dailyThis has not stopped as of to-dateThey stated that they know this is not my fault, they told my lawyer and me this, and told me that legally the vehicle is their prob

Did not reverse duplicate payment $back to my originating bank My car dealership financed my car thru Coastal Federal Credit Union which is out of town for me Since the credit union did not offer online payments I've made them all online thru my bank They mail a check each month to the credit union Last month it took days for the credit union to receive the payment so I received a collection call I was told they just started excepting online payments So I enrolled and made my payment thru there website I entered the information but received no confirmation or email to confirm they received it That worried me ! I have no problems making any other online payments and never late on anything I followed up too I checked my bank for the deduction Nothing there either so I went in and made another payment thinking the first did not go thru On the 2nd I did received a confirmation so I thought all was good I checked my bank account a few days later and saw both pay

What kind of company can have a debit card that they set the date for expiration and not provide the customer with a replacement card before it dies? My card expires 9-16. I called in to verify the card was coming and they said the order was received, I don't care about when it was received or ordered, I care about access to my money at all times. I didn't expire the card, I wasn't responsible for requesting the card or ensuring that the bank sent it but I assumed responsibility when I hadn't received a replacement card earlier this week when we were down to days remaining. The fruit bat that I spoke to said that it was coming. I mentioned how they were cutting it close to expiration time and he said it was how they did things. This company sends cards at the drop of a hat if they had a security breech but I wait until my card expires to hear them say "sorry sir, the order was placed" I called in because I was trying to travel, now I wait for a card that this [redacted] bank could

Exaggerated and Unfair amounts of Overdraft fees as a result of Identity Theft
I have almost $in NSF Overdraft Fees in my account as a result of some fraudulent transactions that I did not authorize/madeOf which I filed the respective Dispute forms with Coastal and of which the transactions have been refunded back into my accountAs I have been a victim of Identity Theft, I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission as I am currently under a recovery plan with themI have done everything I can from my partDocumentation available
I have a letter from Amazon to prove to you that my accounts were hacked and someone unknown made some transactions without my authorizationThe Amazon Fraud and Risk department has investigated this and they are also collaborating with local authorities per their letter says I have been a victim of Identity Theft, this has not been my fault
The following transactions were fraudalent and have been refunded, some by Coastal

I was laid off as a software engineer in My new career as a hairdresser did not afford me the same salary, and by 2007, my unsecured credit card with Coastal Federal Credit Union went into default I could no longer pay current financial obligations as well as the additional debt In October 2016, after begging with the CEO *** ***, his staff, and attorneys to release my bank account in which they put a $44,bank levy freezing my commercial business account for two weeks and stealing all of my bill money out of my account I was wiped out My mortgage money stolenThis was a very traumatizing experience over an unsecured credit card from a not-for-profit credit union I am still behind in my mortgage as a hairdresser This credit union is heartless and sm Anyone borrowing money from them should know that nine years later, they can clean out your bank account from a different financial institution I live modestlyI do not take any extravagant vacations I am just a hard working American trying to keep my current obligations up so that I will not be a burden to society It is unbelievable that the state of NC allows its residents to be extorted and robbed and call it legal by not for profit credit unions like Coastal Federal Credit Union
