On 6/29/16 I received a bill for $196.39. This bill was from 6/24/2014. Two yrs ago. Why did they wait 2 yrs to send me a bill. Poor collection dept. Woman on phone stated she sent me 11 bills on this matter. I never received one bill from them until today. I have never in the last 25 yr since I've lived at this address had a mail problem. I have always received all my bills. Why all of a sudden I receive this one today yet all the others for the last 2 yrs were not delivered? Poor collection dept business. It's as if she is calling me a liar on the phone stating she has sent me 11 bills for the above amount and she has no idea why I haven't received them. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this type of business transaction with this Foot Center. Bad business. Two yrs and now I am expected to pay this bill? Please help. We have documentation that this patient has been billed 11 times with the attempt to collect the balance(and none of the mailings from our office to the patient have been returns to CFC by the USPS).C) in addition each patient receives EOB statement from the insurance advising them on the financial responsibility to each doctor's office that have been treated at.With all that said, this patient should have been grateful at the billing department has not sent her to collection in order not to tarnish her credit.Coastal Foot Center has been successfully existing since1989 and with the numerous patients we have seen over the years, this patient is one of very few with complaint which has no merit.Consumer Response Thank you to the Revdex.com for helping me with this situation. I will go to this office to see the proof they have that they billed me 11 times. This can not be true as I received this bill why not the 11 others? Because there were none mailed. I wish I would have been turned over to a collection agency as I would have known I owed this money. But tell me that in 2 yrs time this business let this bill ride without turning me over.
