Great company. Nichole was very knowledgeable about their products and very pleasant to work with. Good communication all around. The installation crew Rob and Allen were fantastic. Very clean and knew exactly what they were doing. Some drywall needed to be replaced so they left and bought some. Fixed the drywall and finished the job. The caulking around all the windows was perfect. Rob knows how to caulk. Highly recommend this company.

Sasha and team did a phenomenal job installing my windows. Not only did she get them in early the team is very professional and very well knowledgeable in the field. We also had doors done by her too. I would recommend them to anyone and she is always willing to answer any question I have. I've been shopping for Windows for nearly 6 years and finally found a person that's honest reliable and affordable. I would suggest her. If anybody has any questions you could always ask for me and I will tell you the truth. Sasha thank you!!!

Awesome company that was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. I like doing business with companies that make me feel as though I am important as a customer and not just another job, and these guys did that amazingly. Their prices were very competitive and their service is second to none!

Process is so easy. Saecha came out personally and by the end of our meeting we signed to do a 1/2 and 1/2 install. First half was done,installed and cleaned up before I got home from work. Great crew. Today 8/4/20 Saecha came back and remeasured and we just signed for our second 1/2. Btw Saecha is the CEO. When does that ever happen? Great company, I was a little worried in the beginning with COVID appearing during this install. However Nicole C. was fantastic during these unprecedented times and kept communication. Highly recommend!

Workers showed up multiple times to complete job but still has not completed job in its entirety as promised per contract and conversations.
I ordered windows back at the end of last year. Windows delivered at the end of February and installed. During install one window had 2 broken lock latches on the window due to installer mishap during installation. The installers came back several days, in the span of a couple weeks, to fully complete the install of the windows and get it ready for inspection. The job was finally completed after a few weeks. I paid half of the windows up front and was originally told at time of contract that the rest of the money would be owed at the end of completion, as which I assumed would be the actual time of full completion. I was told by the company that I would not be able to get inspection on the home until I paid in full. I question that as the job had not fully been completed as to our original agreement and contract, however, the business said they would not call in inspection until they were paid in full and promised they would be out to fix everything in its entirety after the inspection had passed (drywall damage, broken window locks, bad caulking, and window adjustments/screw covers). I went ahead and paid in full and the company told me the inspection would be called in for the next day. After A full week went by we had no communication about if the inspection passed, did not see an inspector, etc. After several calls to the business and the owner, whom we have their cell phone number, we finally got an answer stating that since COVID-19 hit the inspector didn't feel comfortable inspecting homes during this time. We understood this so we accepted and was told that the inspection would be recalled back in a couple weeks later. After a month or so went by after this and Florida started re-opening a lot of things we still have not heard anything on inspection or when it would be recalled back in. Again we spent several days trying to contact the business to set this inspection up and finally succeeded after a couple weeks of calls and no answers and several voicemails. The inspector eventually came out inspected the windows and said everything was good to go and signed off the inspection. We then in turn reached out to the company to come fix the items that were left undone before, only to get no answers from the vendor several times again. Finally we got a hold of them to come out and fix the issues after 3-4 months after window install. The techs came out to fix the said items above and only came to adjust windows, not repair drywall, fix caulking, or fix window locks. The tech said he was not aware he needed to do all this stuff and left. Again after calling the owner and company several times and not hearing back, I finally text the owner after she does not answer and her voicemail is full and left a text message with her that I am demanding things get fixed or I seek reimbursement for some of the stuff that I may have to do myself or hire somebody to do. The owner gets back to me fairly quickly after that text message and says a technician would be out Friday, 6/19/20, to finished all repairs. The technician showed up yesterday, 6/19/20, and fixed caulking issues and attempted to fix drywall issues, but said they did not know what window pieces were broken to fix as the previous tech did not have detailed notes (only stated broken things on his report). It is now the day after the drywall repair and the drywall mud that the installer used is now cracking and peeling off my walls, and I have still not heard a follow up on when the handles will be replaced and finished up. We are very disappointed in this company and had their sign in our yard for a month or two to promoted their business so they could branch out to this territory, but regret that decision due to our experience.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking is for the window repairs and the drywall repairs to be completed in full to my satisfaction with quality materials or if it cannot be done, I expect reimbursement to have to pay somebody else to do the job correctly, as the drywall mud used has to be poor/ cheap materials to crack over night. I would also like to have the drywall repairs texture to match the rest of my walls so I don't have to hire somebody to do this as well. I would also like the window locks to be replaced in a timely fashion and I hope the warranty on these windows going forward is not the same hassle to get things done.

I just had Coastal Green Energy Solutions install new windows in my living room and bedrooms (which is the entire North and East sides of the house). They replaced my original mid-1950's windows. I am so thrilled! I can't believe the difference! It feels like a new home! So light and bright (and quiet). I'm excited to see the energy savings realized too! I was hesitant to invest in this upgrade but Erik snd Dan's presentation on the quality of their windows sold me. I'm so happy I moved on it and took the jump! It's worth every dollar! Also the installation guys were great! They were professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterward inside and out. If your considering new windows I highly recommend these guys. No high pressure, just honest information/suggestions and they're really nice guys as well. Oh my gosh I'm so happy!!!

I just got my windows installed by Coastal and Roger and crew did a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable and I cant thanked them enough. Comical and most of all friendly. Thank you COASTAL for my new windows. I feel safe now in my home from mother nature as well as a low electric bill and outside noise.

Not a good experience. Very poor communication. Won't answer phone or call back. Left without completing job. No date scheduled to return. Wrong windows installed. Needs glass changed. Can't reach anyone.

I apologize for any miscommunication that you may have experienced and understand your frustration completely. We strive to be in direct contact with customers at all times and keep them abreast of any changes in the situation. As previously discussed with you on February 3 at 8am your final installation of the window replacement for the upgraded glass will take place on Thursday February 6 and your inspection with the county is scheduled for Friday February 7th. The initial install was in fact completed on January 30 as promised and the follow up is with upgraded windows at no cost to you in the upgrade. Again we appreciate your business and getting you handled in an expedited manner to your satisfaction.
