Review: Less than a year after completing our backyard landscape, the retaining wall, Coastal Greenscapes installed, has come loose. We have been trying for 5 months to get them to come out and fix the loose stones. Our children play in the back yard, and my concern is the wall will fall on them. I have expressed this issue with Coastal Greenscape. The company says they will fix the wall, but then they never show up when appointments are set.Desired Settlement: To repair backyard retaining wall.
