Regarding this matter, the complaint is incorrectThe patient owed a noshow fee of $from 6/26/Because she refused to pay it, her account went into collection statusWhat that means is that her entire account(all balances owed) would now have that statusPatient finally paid the $
disputed amount, and her account was put back into a CURRENT status for hew NEW balance of $from service date 3/8/17.I explained all of this to the patient during our call, and she seemed satisfied, which is why I am surprised to see this communicationPatient still needs to remit her CURRENT balance of $She requested a new bill, which I had sent on 5/3/2017.
