We took a shaft out of a cylinder for our backhoe for them to take a pin outThey totally destroyed the threads on the rod and pistonThey gave us no notice that they were going to destroy the threads before they destroyed them *** the ceo informed me they had yrs experience So I ask why did you not tell us that you were going to tear it up and get our permission to tear it up No they just ruined the threadsThey said they drilled out the pin part way and it fell out in pieces but there is no evidence , nor did they say they went back in and drilled all the way to the end of the piston into the shaft to get the rest of the pin out.Because they did not get the rest of the pin that did not fallout they ruined the threadsThey just said the pin fell out in piecesThen they wanted $to fix itThe ceo said he had confidence in his menI went to hydraulic people and they both said there was no evidence of them trying to drill the pin out of the shaft .One of the co
