Yesterday afternoon, I was able to identify the patient in question and have a solution. On all three checks attached, Ms*** notes her account number on payment(acct ***) She called into our customer service on 2/(recorded call) and wanted to move $to her sons account,
(acct ***) which they did and posted an adjustment after collection to notify the collection agencyThere is a credit balance on the account, which is set to be cut with the next batch of refunds on approximately March 19th
