We have used Coastal Joe's Vacation Rentals several timesRecently, we went on the website, got the rates, and called Coastal Joe's to rent "The Dawg House" Unit at Barrier Dunes for the week of spring breakMy husband spoke to a young man there "Scott" who told him the rates told him to call back in about a week for the deposit amountI called back to get the amount for the deposit, and the young lady there told me that she was sorry, but they had not had time to update their website, and the rates were wrong, and if we wanted to stay Sunday to Sunday the condo would cost $more dollars for the weekSo in other words, they would not stand good on their website quote, or what a person in their office had agreed too I have used Coastal Joe's numerous times, but I will never use them again, or recommend them to anyone else I am very DISAPPOINTED!! Typical business in America!!!

The office Manager "[redacted]" really should take a class in customer service. Property was completely opposite then what the sight said.. The property Avalon by the sea had construction on both sides of the property with many workers there with nail guns and cranes starting at 7:00am everyday but Sunday when we were there. Coastal Joe's said nothing of the construction and only offered $200 discount. Renter beware the pic's of the property and what you really get is completely opposite. I hope the owner reads this, I don't blame them, the house is beautiful but Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals fell very short on this. We will never do business with them... RENTERS BEWARE!!!
