This is an addendum to the review that I gave Coastal Land Surveying Joe made contact with me subsequent the initial filing We made an agreement to fulfill the requirement while I was back overseas Joe and his team completed the work and provided all boundary survey drawings per initial order
Communication improved and all work was done to satisfiction especially with some of the Lot challanges The end result was positive and I received what was needed
Scheduled a survey from overseas as I'm military stationed in Europe for our property in Shalimar. I did this over a month out. Verified date and time and he confirmed via email. I sent him another email the day before the survey was to start. On the day of, nobody showed so I called the office as I got no answer from his cell. I had to call back 3 times throughout the day to find out that they would not be out. Later I found an email that he tried to send to his secretary but went to me" tell this guy we are delayed because it rained last week" My thought is if they were delayed on Tuesday and its now the following Monday then he knew he was going to have to reschedule but didn't.
Its now been almost two weeks and no survey. A few visits from an unprofessional crew for 20 minutes here and there followed by more emails by the customer with nothing but lies about almost being done but zero communication with the customer.
Bottom line, if you want a survey done, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. To this day, no communication and no survey.
