Review: We were directed to Coastal by AHS for service that was required for our air conditioning unit. The air conditioner began to leak and we called AHS to make a claim. They sent us o Coastal who came out and evaluated the issue - the technician said he needed to order a part to complete the repair. He fixed the immediate leak and said he will contact us when the part comes in. shortly thereafter, the technician called back and said the part was delivered and scheduled to come in to get the repair done. He did not show up. We called several times and did not get a returned call for several weeks. The air conditioner started leaking again and caused floor damage. We finally got a hold of the technician who first said his daughter was sick, then said his boss was sick and then stopped returning our calls all together. He is responsible for the secondary damage his repair and failure to fix the issue has now caused and has stopped communicating with us. AHS has attempted to contact his office and is not getting any call backs either. We requested that Coastal contact their insurance carrier to make a claim for the damage their bad work has caused us but received no response. Please help!Desired Settlement: Fix the original issue since Coastal has the part needed and fix the flooring damage caused by Coastal's negligence.

Review: [redacted] (JR) came to repair a leaking pipe in my home. The repair failed 6 days later and flooded my basement as I was not home at the time. I was not comfortable having him do the reapir again and asked for a refund of my money which he agreed to. The repair was done on 12/18/2013 and the leaking pipe was found on 12/24/2013 by someone checking my home while I was out of town. While the carpet dried out, all the molding in my finished basement now needs to be replaced or repainted. I have been back in touch wiht him and he stated that a check was sent, then another, to cover the check not received. I cannot get him to return my calls or answer the phone. I have asked if he will not refund my money to return the pipe fitting that failed to me so I can pursue other means of getting my money refunded. It was obsious by the split in the fitting that it was due to overtightening.Desired Settlement: I do not think it is unreasonable to get a refund of my $160 that I paid. I am not even asking for an compensation for the damage, as for the amount of the refund I can purchase what I need to repair the molding myself.
