I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern I’m just curious, I took the car to meineke several times, two of those times I paid him plus dollars, a little over in total Each time I was told there was different codes popping up So the last time I left my car with him, because the light came on again, he told me there’s a different code,but I didn’t have to pay I give his shop a call and I’m told the piece they put on was an malfunction I was never told if the two times I paid for different codes is because the piece had a malfunction already? He then told me he was going to take it to ***, and he’ll pay diagnostic and service He said the piece cost 150, diagnostics is free if you get it fixed there, which he told me he payed for that separately Shouldn’t I get the money back I paid to him to fix my car two time when I brought it to him, and it was never fixed If he paid just at ***, I paid him way more than that As of now *** got my car running perfectly, I’m satisfied of ***s work Thank you u

I am rejecting this response because: my car has been in their shop since Monday, now they say that they’re waiting on a response from *** dealer Yesterday I spoke with the tech and was told faulty part was put on my car, now a new part is being ordered from the dealer and ready to go todaynow there’s something different today Never dealt with anything like this before

Response:We received *** car for issues with the turn signal switch, fixed it with a new partas per the ac switch we spend a few hours for diagnostic and found that the ac switch or the climate control module is badwe had nothing to do to it, advised customer that since we are the last ones
to touch it we have free diagnostic and also advised customer of free labor to install however the customer has to buy the part and save our markupstill ready to do thatas per the dash loose or anything, there were some extra screws lying in the carthe dashboard was intact

we are still working on the vehicleunfortunately our Tech for this kind of work is in the hospital and we offered him to take the car to Meineke in *** which is about miles from meineke Tracy and we will have it diagnosed there at free of charge. Still working on it with phone

Business states that the Bureau of Automotive Repair has already resolved this issue. Customer signed an estimate this morning and the service would be done by next week.
