please do not do business with coastal [redacted] or live life out doors in carbonear location, there service manager takes things personally and clouds her judgment by pretending to sweet talk you in her business, to help you [redacted] and takes things personal ,over the product there selling and makes mistake(s) by taking your machine in for service saying the machine was serviced, they do not close there work order and end up losing business because they forget to do work or install parts and take the necessary photos ,then returning you the machinewhile paying for it, then demanding they forgot to to install a part for insurance reasons then asking you to return the machine kilometers away.then you take machine back ,they will not send there [redacted] truck out to pick up damaged machines for service .they do not respect there customers or there money that these customers are spending there,so please do not buy or do business with this crowd they claim driver neglect and there service person doesn't know anything about customer service and takes things personally and clouds her judgement and thinks nothing will be done about itno satisfaction , keep away from this business if your wanting to be disappointing and waste your money on *** guarantees this is the place for you live out doors more like [redacted] and more
