Coastal Plains Environmental Group, L.L.C. Reviews (11)

We have had a maintenance contract on an alternative septic system for the past twelve years with this company For the past two years they have been unresponsive to our emails and phone calls concerning an almost constant alarm status Based on this level of service, we terminated our contract last month (June 2016) and entered into an agreement with another company This new company found several discrepancies with the programming of our control box and a wiring problem These anomalies were corrected and the system is fully functional again

I have been using Coastal Plains Trapper D[redacted] since around 2008. I was on a regular maintenance agreement for them to maintain the septic system. Recently the blower motor stopped working and I have tried for 2 weeks to get someone to call me back. After 5 phone calls to them I have heard no response. I was told by the receptionist that other people had complained about having no response. Left with no choice I had to cancel and move on. Trapper is very knowledgeable, but if he does not come when there is a problem or the very least return a call then what does it matter!!!

In regards to the complaint ...  Notices were sent in error to EVERY client that had an open balance, regardless of whether routine monthly or quarterly payments were being made.  These notices were meant for those clients that owed greater than 365 days worth of service or parts /...

He said his main concern was that he tried to contact us in many forms, email, telephone, and [redacted] with no response. I informed him that I did not receive any voicemails and that Trapper is the one that gets the emails. We resolved the issue which was that we have not gotten a payment since April 2017 and they are due for service in October 2017 and the invoice needed to be paid by then. He said he would like to continue with quarterly payments and asks that we send him a quarterly invoice to remind him of it. [redacted]

Ms. [redacted] was invoiced for a service (6 months) and a repair component from a service event that occurred in January 2017, which was not paid until November 2017.   The six months of service / alarm call response purchased expired August 2017.   (Invoice **-[redacted] attached) There is...

Review: I entered into a service agreement with this business to perform regular service on my alternative septic system. A tech came to my residence on an alarm call and bypassed an air flow sensor over year ago. A tech came to by residence in November of 2015 and did not replace the air flow sensor. I have repeatedly called and sent emails to this company seeking to have the air flow sensor replaced. Zero calls or messages have been returned and the sensor has not been replaced.Desired Settlement: Replace the air flow sensor or tell me they can't do it and I will seek another company to finish the job and will expect reimbursement from this business.
