Coastal Pool Services, L.L.C

Review: On 4/13/14, we contracted with Coastal Pool Service, L.L.C to have a 20 mil. liner with 15 year warranty placed into our pool. He was to put in new faceplates,, gasket for the skimmer, returns, troweled bottom, foam line walls, pressure test main line, gel coat steps, and put gravel under pool. We had initiated the pool contract by contacting [redacted]. [redacted] from [redacted] said she was sending out their worker, [redacted] for the estimate; [redacted] van read Coastal Pool Service, L.L.C. During the replacement, [redacted] was off balance, had slurred speech and we notified [redacted]. [redacted] one of the owners of [redacted] and his service technician, [redacted], came out due to our complaint. [redacted] & [redacted] stated they had never seen [redacted] is this condition before. [redacted] stated that he was glad he had us write the checks out to Coastal Pool Service to avoid liability. After filling our pool, we now have a leak. We notified [redacted] to give them the opportunity to send someone out to repair our pool. They said to contact [redacted] from Coastal Pools but later notified us that [redacted] is not even returning their calls. The other owner of [redacted], [redacted], is also been keeping tabs via phone with us and [redacted]. We have paid a total of $4,103. [redacted] has cashed our checks. [redacted] has failed to send anyone out to fix it. We do not feel that it is safe to have [redacted] back to our house.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund so that we can have someone else properly complete the work that Coastal and Paramount Pools have failed to do for us.
