11:- Company rep, *** ***, called. Circumstances caused him to fall behind on work. At his request I provided Consumer's phone. At first he said he'd finish the job within the week and then said no later than the end of the month

He was very apologetic as he has been dealing with major health issues and believed his secretary had sent the check to the consumer. He will send the $100.00 refund to the consumer personally and confirmed the consumers name and address....
He advised the consumer should receive the refund within 7-10 business days.

Called the business and [redacted] from the business responded to the complaint. [redacted] advised their company was working with Mr. [redacted] who agreed to pay the additional $1800-$2000 for the sealcoating. Business alleges the...
consumers parking lot is a disaster and required additional work. Business states they would like to complete the job for the additional fee however, they were told by the consumer Mrs. [redacted] their company is prohibited from coming onto the property.
