I would like to make an official complaint about Coastal Psychiatric I was a patient here for a couple of months before the firm decided to drop me and that I could no longer be seen in the office My insurance was coving my visits each time except for the copay and deductible Since the company has dropped me as a patient for no particular reason I have received a several phone calls from a debt collector I do not own this business any money and I have copies of receipts from each of my visits After receiving the first call from the debt collector I immediately tried to call Coastal Psychiatric to question what was going on I have left about voicemails and have spoken to people in the front office on numerous occasionsAll times they stated that no one was in billing at the time and to leave a voicemail I've left numerous voicemails and now I've gotten to the point that their voicemail box is full Everyone in the office is extremely unprofessional and rude I am questioning the doctors credibility I sat with Dr*** for about minutes before he wrote me a prescription for Adderall in which I do not need or want I was not even there for a complaint about possible ADD or ADHD I believe this firm needs to be looked into in depth I would like an update on the investigation as well as relieve from this so called "bill" I have
