Can you also provide me with the email communications that you reference in your complaint so that I can look into that as well? Good afternoon ***, I want to personally apologize that you have had so many issues with your apartment and your dealings with Coastal Ridge. In regards to the water situation you have every right to be upset, hot water is a basic expectation for any Resident and for this not to be
provided is unacceptable. In the short-term if you have an emergency you can contact ###-###-#### directly. I will gladly provide compensation for the days that you were without hot water. I left you a voicemail in regards as well. I hope going forward we are able to provide a better experience for you at Arlington Pointe.
