Purchased new boat from boat city in Hammond La a little over months agoSince day one the trolling motor has not worked also electrical system will not hold a charge for more than daysThe boat has been at the dealer
Ship for three weeks now and still not repairedIn my conversation this morning with the service department they told me I need to have a$switch installed to fix the issue with the elect system and troll motor has to be sent somewhere else to be repairedWhen I expressed my concerns of having to spend money on something that should have in place to avoid this, I was transferred to what I guess is a manager and he was very rude when I told him I didn't buy a new boat to only have it at the shop fixing things that should work from the startHe told me everyone gets upset when their new boat has issues and I'm not the only person who has felt this way as he is considered the complaint department guyI want my NEW boat to operate as new b
