I have been a client at the Richmond location for just under years Marielle is wonderful, very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and explains things clearly I was not thrilled to have to get a CPAP machine but Marielle made sure I had the best mask for me and that I was comfortable with the machine
My father is also a recent client and the staff helped him to navigate the crazy world of insurance coverage
I feel very confident in the care and service they provide and appreciate their concern for their clients' well being and comfort

I did enter this office of Coastal Sleep somewhat hesitatingly, since I had tried another branch sometime agoThere, I had found myself pressured to buy a breathing apparatus about which I knew next to nothing, combined with a general service attitude that appeared to be too perfunctory and assembly-line-like for the purchase price involved
My hesitancy proved to be thoroughly unfoundedI met three persons, one who proved to be my "respiratorial advisor", a lady with a true smile and infinite patience, then the receptionist-cum-technician, a lady who had a bona fide welcome and a good and encouraging word - or two - not just for me, but for anybody entering the office, and a third lady who was very friendly, but otherwise not part of "my service team"The general attitude was one of an astounding genuine interest in my specific medical problem, a sincere effort to be of maximum help, and a graceful acceptance of my (admittedly sometimes not easy) personality as formed by age and originAltogether my appointments to this office turned out to be pleasant exercises as I am remembering medical visits of this sort from my childhood in my own country

The Coastal Sleep company, is very worth while checking into for a CPAP machine.
Chris [redacted] At The White rock location seems too be very experience in all aspects of dealing with sleeping disorders, and has been a very good, positive friendly in the process of doing so. So Thanks Chris, and his good Secretary too., included. :)

Very helpful, professional staff. Simmie helped me find a new mask and didn't pressure me into purchasing more. Never feel rushed during my appointments and she answers all my questions. White Rock location has easy access to bus routes. Highly recommend Coastal Sleep in White Rock.

My contact at Coastal Sleep was Alana Tatroff. I found her very knowledgeable and helpful. After reviewing my initial results,she suggested the most appropriate rather than the more expensive CPAP machine for me. Fortunately for me Coastal offers a free trial period. My sleep apnea appears to have been caused by a medical problem that was successfully treated during the trial so I didn't need to purchase a CPAP machine. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase one and no cost for the mask etc. If I find that I do need to use a CPAP machine in the future I would certainly return to Coastal Sleep.

The staff are absolutely awesome! Simmie was very professional and very knowledgeable. Alea at the front was absolutely delightful.

I was surprised that I could try out various masks and machines at home to find the one that best suits me. Coastal Sleep in Richmond has been very helpful since my Doctor recommended it for my sleep apnea. Marielle has been wonderful. She is patient, friendly and explains everything in terms I can understand. She has taken her time with me and helped to explain things to my husband as well. I recommend the service. I can't believe how much better I feel since getting the CPAP machine.

My husband and I went to see Marielle at Coastal Sleep so that he could get a better nights sleep. Marielle was so professional and pleasant to deal with. She explained all aspects of the machine thoroughly and never rushed us thru any session. He was given lots of time to take different masks home for trial periods in order to decide which mask was the most comfortable for him. We had a problem on a day that there were no therapists in the office, so we sent her a quick email so that she would have it the next day. Very shortly later she replied to let us know that she was away from her computer but would have the problem fixed right away, which she did from offsite. Service was above and beyond.

I was referred to Coastal Sleep by the [redacted] after a lifetime of snoring, and my girlfriend being terrified as I stopped breathing during the night on a somewhat regular basis. Mira [redacted] is the sleep therapist with whom I've been working and she's been nothing short of amazing. The CPAP device is a little weird, but certainly not uncomfortable. It wasn't anything like the "[redacted]" or SCUBA type mask that I had been envisioning. Mira worked with me trying several different pressure settings as well as different masks to find the best fit - one that's both comfortable all night and doesn't break seal as I roll around throughout the night.

A quick Google search shows that you might save a small amount if you were to buy your CPAP machine online - but do you know how to tune it? Can you understand the numbers? And if you want to try several masks I'm fairly sure you won't end up saving any money at all. All my mask trials were included, as is Mira's expertise. That's definitely worth paying for in my book.

If you snore, if you find yourself waking up tired, or if anyone's ever told you that you stop breathing at night (or you wake yourself up with a snort) I'd highly recommend Mira and Coastal Sleep.

Also, my girlfriend is sleeping MUCH better too. :D

I recently purchased a new Sleep apnea machine and Alana [redacted] was my therapist. Alana was very patient with my concerns and helpful processing my insurance claim. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and the staff have always been professional.

I'm a very early client at Coastal Sleep, probably one of the first so have been with Coastal Sleep about 11 years. I firmly believe that it's given me an extension of life because my first diagnosis was due to atrial fibrillation. Without the CPAP treatment I'd probably be dead. The service provided by Paul and Simmie has been very prompt and very helpful. I travel a lot with the CPAP.
