Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We entered into an agreement to purchase a property from Mr [redacted] ' based upon his assurance that there would be no difficulty in selling our property through his company, essentially trading up After months, during which Mr [redacted] refused to respond to numerous messages requesting an update on progress toward a sale, our property remains unsold Therefore, Mr [redacted] ' current assertion that the market is improving and a sale might be imminent carries little credibility We made a good faith purchase commitment, accepting his multiple assertions that amounted to a virtual guarantee that our property would sell quickly (he suggested at the time that, because tourist season was beginning, it should be within a couple of months) Consequently, another statement, that took a complaint to elicit, that he believes the property will yet sell is not believable and does not resolve the complaintWhen our property is sold I will happily consider the matter resolved Regards, [redacted]

Company's response below: To the Revdex.com: Regarding complaint [redacted] I have discussed, with Mr*** regarding dropping the complaint, I told him that I would turn him over to another resale company, to try to sell his product, he said he would drop the complaint, but now he still wants to go thru with the complaint [redacted] Coastal Timeshare Creations [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Company's response below:Good Morning [redacted] ***, regarding Mr [redacted] complaint the [redacted] property is very tough to sell these days because of all the complaints that they have brought on themselves, we do not do the listings for the resale’s, but the company [redacted] takes care of all the listing, [redacted] will keep the property listed, and when all the bad crap is cleared up with [redacted] , then the property will be sellable againif Mr [redacted] will be patient the sale should take place in the near future Thanks [redacted] Coastal Timeshare Creations

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While Mr [redacted] has injected a tiny ray of hope, his response does not explain why he has refused to answer telephone inquiries regarding this transaction for over a year nor his excessive optimism concerning the prospect of selling our property when closing the deal to purchase from him The sale of our property, which he assured us would happen quickly and was the predominant factor in agreeing to a purchase from him, will certainly satisfy the complaint Regards, [redacted]

I have talked to Mr*** regarding the complaint, he had been trying to contact *** at
our office, she was to call him back the next day, her mom passed away in Atlanta, and she just returned back to work. He also was calling the office and not getting a recording, and it sounded like someone was hanging up, I told him a recording comes on the phone, before you push for an extension, I have given Mr*** the correct extensions, and the email address to contact me in the futureAlso regarding the $to play *** *** ***, if you are staying on the property that is the correct priceThanks for you time

I am in contact with Mr*** *** at this time to resolve the financial issues sta*** in his complaint. Coastal Timeshare Creations has agreed to pay for the fees of the timeshare transfer to *** *** *** Mr*** will pay his
maintenance fee and have usage of his timeshare for 2015. The timeshare will be out of his name before usage for 2016, in approximately days.

I am rejecting this response because:
I cannot accept this response until Owner Services of the property acknowledges that the property has been transferred into my name. This issue is also not resolved until I recieve the official copy of the deed showing my name as the owner (via mail). I have sent in an email and left voice message with the Owner Services to respond back to me, and acknowledge, that the deed has been transferred and the property is in fact in our name. Once this occurs I am more than willing to have this complaint resolved

Our position:  We visited Coastal Timeshare Creations, on February 15, 2011,...

for the specific intent to sell our timeshare. Mr. [redacted] verbally promised to do that. His promise included that he could do so at a profit (probably) which meant to us that it would sell for $14,000 minimum.

Our position:  We visited Coastal Timeshare Creations, on February 15, 2011, for the specific intent to sell our timeshare. Mr. Morris verbally promised to do that. His promise included that he could do so at a profit (probably) which meant to us that it would sell for $14,000 minimum.

[redacted],  when the [redacted] bought from us and [redacted] took the listing [redacted] had a good reputation was sellable, but they have had some problems which they are trying to work out, like I said before they will be a sellable product again, with the island running out of inventory. thanks
