I called to check on pricing for my tiresThe girl that answered was confused and it took several repeats for her to understand what tire I neededWhen she finally found the tires I needed she told me I had to let her know by the end of the day, so she could order them for Friday to be put on the carI said thank you and would let her knowAfter talking to my husband we decided to go with Coastal Tires, IncWhen I called her back I had trouble with her understanding againBut when we hung up I had an appointment at pm on Friday, August 5thFor the right tires, we both said the tire size and agreed
When my husband and daughter arrived (it was a bit of a drive to get to the business), she was rude, called me a liar that I gave her the wrong size, was not apologetic at allWanted to blame us and act like we were stupidMy husband was in the tire business for over years, and my father for almost We know a little bit
When I called to complain to the manager, he immediately came on the phone defensive, did not listen and did not care that he did not take care of his customer, or that his worker was rude and messed upDid not care that he lost businessAll they had to do was say: I am sorry there was a misunderstanding what can we do to work this outNot call people liars and be rude at their mistake
