Coastal Tires, Inc

This is one of the rudest, non customer service companies I have come across.
I called to check on pricing for my tires. The girl that answered was confused and it took several repeats for her to understand what tire I needed. When she finally found the tires I needed she told me I had to let her know by the end of the day, so she could order them for Friday to be put on the car. I said thank you and would let her know. After talking to my husband we decided to go with Coastal Tires, Inc. When I called her back I had trouble with her understanding again. But when we hung up I had an appointment at 2 pm on Friday, August 5th. For the right tires, we both said the tire size and agreed.
When my husband and daughter arrived (it was a bit of a drive to get to the business), she was rude, called me a liar that I gave her the wrong size, was not apologetic at all. Wanted to blame us and act like we were stupid. My husband was in the tire business for over 13 years, and my father for almost 30. We know a little bit.
When I called to complain to the manager, he immediately came on the phone defensive, did not listen and did not care that he did not take care of his customer, or that his worker was rude and messed up. Did not care that he lost business. All they had to do was say: I am sorry there was a misunderstanding what can we do to work this out. Not call people liars and be rude at their mistake.
