We did require written cancellation though as was explained to the customer. The cancellation was processed upon receipt of her written cancellation received just before Thanksgiving and the credit was issued to the customer upon returning from the long Thanksgiving weekend holiday. Although the credit was processed to her original credit card on 12/1/15 for $200, it may take a few days for their credit card company to reflect the credit to their account as was explained to the customer.
