To whom it may concern Mr [redacted] 's car was impounded for unauthorized parking on a private property.Our office and storage hours are Mon thru Friday 8AM to 5PM and we have sings at the front entrance and also on our building.Our website indicates hours for towing services and road side assistance only and as Mr [redacted] has mentioned the California vehicle code, it clearly states the gate fee which is dollars will be charged for after hour release fee.If you have any further questions you can contact me at 949- [redacted] Thank you

bought battery from them, they refuse to give me a receipt with the correct namerepeatedly hang up on me Bought a battery from this companythey issued a receipt with the wrong name, which I didn't notice until lateri have called the company repeatedly and they are argumentative, and always end up hanging up on methey refuse to issue a corrected receipt to validate the warranty

Hello Mr [redacted] After we reviewed our cameras we found out you did enter the tow yard and pick up your registration to prove the ownership of the vehicle so you had a chance to inspect your vehicle before you signed the release of liability form Still you can contact our office if you have any proof that shows we damaged your vehicle and we will gladly take care of this issue

Hello we did tow your vehicle by security company request so we are just Servive provider and also as far as mileage cvc says radius mile so what you checked is driving mile and also there isn't any other company that does impound in your area that approved by any security company

We are sorry you are going through this but we are the service provider like any other towing company, you have all rights to file at small claim court , just FYI you mentioned vehicle code 22658 so we assumed you have enough knowledge about private party impound law , cvc 22658 clearly explained...

after hours or holiday extra charges ( gate fee )  Also operation hours are posted at the entrance of the tow yard .
