Coastal *** knew that I was purchasing the *** for an explicit purpose, to tow a travel camper that would be less than the Maximum Trailer Weight and Maximum Tongue Weight specifications of the vehicle They helped me make the decision to purchase there vehicle by agreeing to install an aftermarket break controller Yet they made no effort to inform me at any time during the sales process that the vehicle had towing limitations that include the non-allowance of a weight distribution hitch, specific dimensional requirements for the centerline position of the ball with respect to the centerline position of the receiver both horizontally and vertically, and a maximum ball diameter Not informing me of this vehicletowing limitations was not only an unfair and deceptive act in accordance with *** General Laws, Chapter 93A but also this lack of information placed my wife and me in danger of having a catastrophic accident.Coastal *** offered nothing in response to my concerns If there response is final, please let me know and then I will start the process of mailing them a 30-Day Demand Letter in accordance with *** General Laws, Chapter 93A.Regards,
