I had a driveway added in March 2019 Leroy the owner came out to give a estimate and told me that the design I wanted would require 2 permits from the county and to only have to pay for one he recommended a different design so I agreed. When his employees came out to level the ground they cut out the original design so I called Leroy to find out what had happened and he apologized and talked to his employees evidently they had the old sketch so he said that after the driveway was done he would put sod down to replace the grass from the mistake and we agreed. 18 hours after the driveway was poured it had a crack so I called and Leroy said it was a surface crack and nothing he could do about it I didn't think that sounded correct so when I had the county inspector out to look at some new windows that where put in I asked if he also inspected driveways and he said yes and his opinion was that Leroy didn't cut the expansion joints fast enough (*** with the building division in Hernando County.on June 21 I had another crack and it is not a surface crack and I sent pictures to Leroy and he said it was because I drove over the small area of the driveway.

Finish the job I would like the parts of the driveway that is cracked to be dug out and re-poured, also i asked *** why they didn't compact the ground and he said it is not needed not sure if that is true
- The is not now nor would there ever be 2 permits needed for a driveway replacement. That is a lie!
- We placed the driveway to his specifications. Which he agreed to per the estimate he approved.
- When we arrived to cut the grass out for the driveway. He wanted it larger so the guys cut it larger not knowing they weren't allowed to. I told *** that he couldn't have it that way unless we resubmitted the permit. In which case he would have to cover the cost since he changed the design. We had to follow the design submitted to the county
- We placed the concrete driveway. We used Got Concrete to supply the mud. We placed it at 11 am and cut it at 7 am the next morning. The driveway had a crack in it. We cut the concrete with in the 24 hour window that is allowed per the national concrete association.
- We even took the measure to call the concrete provider and have him assess the crack to make sure it was not a structural crack. Only surface
- the last crack in the very tip of the driveway was because they were driving on and off the driveway on to the grass which he was told not to do. Driveways have to have a continuous flow and not run off the edge. It is less than 2 sq ft that is am effected area. I told him we would replace that area next time we were in the area because even though it isn't our fault we wanted to help out. But I told him that if he kept driving off the driveway it would continue to crack. He never returned any of my calls after that

the response is a complete lie I pulled into my driveway during the cutting of the sod for the driveway and it was already cut I called Leroy and explained what they had done and to make it easier I just told the workers they could leave it that way and that is when Leroy again SAID it would take two permits not sure if the two permit requirement is true I am basing this on what Leroy told me. He offers to fix the sod because of the error by his employees. I have reached out numerous times by text because this is the only way to get a response
my last text was July 4th at 2:09 pm and have not heard back from anyone at all
