[redacted] was treated in the emergency department by our physician's group, I understand from reading the complaint...

that [redacted] has been attempting to seek an adjustment referenced by her insurance carrier. Our records indicate that the insurance carrier, [redacted], was billed on December 31st, 2014 in the amount of $1515.00. [redacted] responded to our office requesting medical records. On February 12th 2015, our office mailed the requested documentation to [redacted]. On March 26, our office received a denial from [redacted] stating the player deems the info Ination submitted does not support the level of Service. Due to this denial, our Coding department reviewed the coding of the account. It was determined that the account is coded accurately according to the patient symptoms/diagnosis.I do apologize for [redacted]'s expressed concerns with our office. Our office will attempt to contact [redacted] to resolve this claim.
