I contracted with Coastline for a brand new ac system in Jan
They removed my old unit and stated I needed new duct work along with the new acI also asked for my Sunroom to have duct work and a vent put in.they ran the new duct through my living room floor and then put a whole in the wall to the sunroom and put the vent behind my french doors which prevents airflowI had another ac company come in and they said it should have gone under the houseI called them every week sometimes 3x a week for months and never received return calls or when they did respond they promised to send a tech out and that person either had no idea what he was doing or that person never showedMy home has run at a humidity level of to percent for nearly a year nowThey finally replaced the unit with a larger unit that still is not sufficient for the additional space addedThe airflow is uneven throughout the house and they sent different techs to fix thatThey had to remove all the flex hosing because it was completely filled with waterI would never ever recommend this companyTo date nothing has been resolved by them and it has cost me additional money for some of the repairs requiredI will be seeking legal action at this point in timeI also learned a very valuable lesson that you should never pay cash for any job being done at your home ( a practice that I have learned they do quite often! ) if I had put it on my credit card I would have been able to get my money backDO NOT USE Them, You Will have regrets
