Good Morning ~ On 1/23/gallons were requested On 1/24/our driver accidentally filled the tank delivering gallons, that afternoon we left a message apologizing for the error asking for a return call On 1/25/I spoke w [redacted] and offered to work with on price and offered timed payments toward the balance or we can pump out the gallons He said he would speak with his girlfriend and would let me know on 1/29/ I left messages 1/29, 2/12, 2/and again today asking how he wanted to handle but never got a call back An email was also sent on 2/22/asking if he was planning on making payments or if we should schedule a pump out Another email was sent this morning after finding out about the complaint to the Revdex.com The delivery ticket has a hand written note for gallons but is stamped by the truck meter showing gallons delivered Please feel free to contact me regarding this matter at ###-###-#### or I can be reached by email at [redacted] Thank you,Frances K [redacted] Dutch Oil Co., Inc
