I don’t want to bad mouth this dentist, but his exaggerations and his lies are totally unfair and untrue and I have to respond and tell nothing but the truth to save our integrity and his defaming of our companyWe are an honest small company and we do deliver what we promise. Our
team includes programmers (with over years experience) and designers that are supervised by our SEO specialistsWe are not just technicians using the old school SEO tricks that don’t work with search engines including Google any longerSo we deliver what we promise and for that to happen we do expect things from our clients1- cooperate and provide us with the tiem to discuss the details and give us information we need about their practice and respond to our other requests when building the site and optimizing it 2- to be patients; within 1-months our clients see their sites on the top listings of the first page of Google for most of the services they provide 3-meet their financial obligations
Mr*** did not meet any of these conditions.
This dishonest dentist is utilizing the fair rules and regulations of Revdex.com to avoid paying his bills and avoiding his obligations in several contracts and this is why and how: we contacted this dentist in September of and offered our servicesDespites how he is describing, “he” jumped on the idea of using our servicesMr*** mentioned that he is in a contract with another lead generating and internet marketing company and asked for my help to review his site’s optimization statusHe was promised by the other company as he claimed that he would get “50” clients a monthHe said to me that he had got only one client from them in months and the patient ended up with writing a bad review about his performance and he said to me “ I only collected $profit from this patient” !!?
They built him a website and he didn’t even pay them a pennyHow dishonest can you be as a dentist and this guy is dealing with people’s lives every day? and because of his mastery of manipulation and “taking everybody to Revdex.com?!” that he is good at it, he is able to get out of his financial obligationsI will not be a prey to this old fox’s tricksThe other company was not totally honest about what they could do simply because they used a lot of cheap and bad in-links to optimize his siteWhen we came on board he had no optimization after months using the other company’s servicesThe company did its best and did pay for a lot of in-linksThat’s the old way of doing SEO and it takes months to see your site on the first page of Google and if happens at allAnd he is right: it took us many weeks to clean his existing website because of all the cheap and bad in-links they bought and tried to optimize his siteIt took us not more than a month to build a second site and we did optimize it in one month since it was clean and we built it highly optimizedAfter that hard work of cleaning his existing site we did optimize it and put it on the first page of Google within a monthAnd after all these months both sites have been on the first page of Google and he is supposed to be getting calls which he is denying now
While we were doing our job he was constantly calling me and especially the programmerDemanding this and that and while we were reminding him that he needed to be patient and let us do our work, he was also actually trying to learn what we were doing and did interfere many times that made our job harder and did damage the optimization and delayed it a little. We had also two more problems: we did a great job with delivering our SEO and putting both his sites on the top listings of first page of Google, but due to his bad reviews (which is hard to deny!, they are still there) not enough patients might have called him for his servicesAlso Mr*** seems not to be interested in doing the hard work of time consuming proceduresAfter we optimized both sides (at a discounted rate) he told us that he only was interested in doing emergency procedures for a quick returnWe even did a great job optimizing both his sites for emergency dentistry and other related keywordsThere was and still is another dentist in pacific beach who is spending at least $a month buying press releases who is also doing emergency dentistry which is a great competition for himThese press releases are expensive and ROI might not be worth it for some dentistsIn the long run they fire back
When we built him a new site within a month (despite his claim) despite his promise to pay separately for the articles, we had to pay for all the extra costs and within 1-months optimized his site very well for all dental services: root canal, braces, …..He only wanted to “corner the market for emergency patients” which usually pertains to patients in pain and looking for quick fixes such as removal of teethThese are quick not much headache procedures if you are up to being available at odd hoursWe optimized him for all services that usually a general dentist provides and later on he wanted to change it to only “emergency services”
Mr*** was calling one master programmer on a daily basis and demanding this or thatIt got to a point that the programmer was calling me and complaining that we should not provide services to any client like him! He was constantly harassing him while not paying the monthly fee on his accountIn the last conversation they had the programmer yelled at him and asked him to call anymoreMr*** had got the optimization he needed without paying fully for it and he was looking for an excuse to not pay usHe called me and said that we fired him and because of that he didn’t have to payI did remind him that this new trick wouldn’t help him and he still needed to pay for all the services and results he received from us
He also made a racial comment about our programmer that was very offending and beneath the dignity of a dentist to make such a commentIt shows this dentist does discriminate against some minorities that can affect his work quality for themWe built him a website and optimized it very well and tried to help him, but now that I got to know him personally, I frankly would not go to him for any dental work and I don’t recommend that to anybody elseAnd I leave it at that
He still owes us $for all the months of optimization that he got from us for which we are filing a law suitWe are an honest and hard working company who put our concentration on providing resultsWe are experts and have clients nationwideWe did a great job for this dentist and he is just trying to avoid his financial obligations by trying to make up stories and making accusationsHe used the services of the other company for months and by intimidating them was able to avoid paying themThe other company out of Utah did have other complaints from other clients with Revdex.com (as I checked) and that worked to ***’s advantage to be able to get out of his financial obligation with themThey didn’t want another complaint on their record and let *** go and put a stop on their collection efforts against Mr***
We always deliver our promises and all of our clients have seen great resultsThis is the only complaint we have had from any client within the last yearsI am personally offended and took my time to spell out the details here and try to explain by telling the truth and nothing else

Review: Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] came to my office and after few weeks of back and forth we decided to have them to make a web site and also run the ad for us.The two owner/partner in business had all kind of disagreement and could not even get there thoughts together.After few months of wasting a lot of time they told us the site is ready to go but there was a lot of problems with the site ( the address was wrong ,the map of the offices were wrong etc.(the map is still wrong)Mr.[redacted] had a lot of problems with all the clients and he would not even give you 10 second to say anything and he always had the right answer to every thing.We call him and asked him to corrections to our ads(speaker phone all of us can hear him) he got mad and he said all kind of bad words and he fired us and he did not want to work with us, his partner started billing us and threating us that he is the main man and if we don`t continue with him he will take us to court and this and that and he is going to take down our web site even though we paid for the web site and housting ourself, we paid over $3500.00 and we did not get anything out of that. We are requesting to get our money back.we will be more than happy to respond to any emails.we will go to the google and write a review about them too.Desired Settlement: We want our money back!! They did not help us and it did not get us any patients.

We always deliver our promises and all of our clients have seen great results. This is the only complaint we have had from any client within the last 6 years. I am personally offended and took my time to spell out the details here and try to explain by telling the truth and nothing else.
