Review: I checked my coat with Coatchex during a concert at Hammerstein Ballroom on February [redacted]. I received a text message as a claims ticket but when I came back to pick it up they could not locate it. [redacted], the [redacted] took down my information and assured me that the matter would be "addressed". I did not receive any formal document stating that my item is missing. I had to go home is a T-shirt with th weather in the teens. On the following day, I received a text message stating that my item was returned back to me, obviously a lie. I have not heard back from anyone at the company since then, despite trying to contact them.Desired Settlement: The coats innitial price was $650. I would like to be fully compensated.
