I want to share thanks in providing quality, all purpose thread at an affordable price. So many times there have been needed repairs and projects that required thread techniques, whether by machine or by hand. So often much focus is on the big things but big things can be put down easily by a loss of even one stitch. Anyway, a shout out to the people who make up your company and all who work together to make sure we are included.
I finished a skein of Favorite Stripe that had 3 tie offs and that wasn't bad enough the next skein of Favorite Stripe had 7 yes 7 tie offs. I'm sorry but I find this disturbing. I understand that tie offs might be necessary but 7 is totally unacceptable. [email protected]
