I recently contacted this law firm for help get disabilityI talked to one of the agent they have working for them, gave him all my informationI was thrilled when he told me " you definatly qualify for benefits." Then he told me to refileI went on line to social security and did just that I refiledA couple weeks later I received a letter from social security stating that I was not eligible because, # I had not worked enough in the past ten years or did not have enough work credits#My spouse or myself had to much income or to many assets First off I told them I had not worked in years we talked about this in my phone interview and the represenative said that was okI also told him I was a widowI do not understand this at all I gave them all the information up front on the phone, now the rep wants to say sorry we cant help youWhat happen to him telling me I defenitly qualify? They regret to inform me that they can not assist me in getting benefitsI want to know why the rep told me that I defenitly qualify if I defenitly dont?
