Customer had van towed in without an appointmentThe van was not worked on for several days because he had no appointmentThe van was here because the customer attemted to install his own radiatorHe purchased his own radiator and attempted to put it in himselfWe had to basicallly start from scratch and reinstall the radiator and also figure out multiple things he took apart that were not necessary for the radiator jobWhen the car was towed in we had specific instrustions to just sipmly fix the mess he made of the radiatorThe customer was charged to do just that, fix his mess and install the radiator correctlySeveral days after the car was picked up the customer complained of things; that we shut his hood that apparntly was broken, and also he still had a coolant leakAgain van came in without an appointment, so it sat outside for several daysWe were never informed that he had issues with the hood latch, so that was a new issue to us, and his coolant leak was his water pumpWe explained to him that is was procedure to close a hood when we were done with a jobWe also took aprart his front grille and got his hood open again at NO EXPENSE to himWe gave him an estimate for the water pump job and that is the last we have heard from him until now
