11/25/2016 In the response to the complaint from [redacted]. We had sealcoated the driveway and an unexpected rainstorm had splattered sealer on the siding and doors. We explained to [redacted] that we would repair the problem even though we can not control the weather. We have replaced the...
weather stripping on the overhead door. We have replaced the siding, (which was a 6 weeks special order). We cleaned all threshholds and tar splatters. [redacted] confirmed he was satisfied. I have spent a total of $ 973.56 with labor and materials. This was a difficult repair for us because of the way the [redacted] conducted themselves towards me and my employees. Nevertheless, we completed the repairs as requested. This was an unseen and unfortunate repair that could not be controlled. I hold no ill will towards the [redacted] and hope everything works out for them. Please send one of your field officers up to inspect our work, I would be happy to meet with them to explain the extent of our repairs. Thank you, Carmen D[redacted] Davano Paving Company
