I am rejecting this response because: I do not know who "everyone involved" is, although I assume I would be part of those individual's since I was the one that filed the complaint to the Revdex.com of Greater Kansas.I am certainly not a participant in "some clients just try to get something for nothing..." I was promised by Lou [redacted] of Cobalt Logistics Services, LLC. that the engine block would be picked up with the car. I believe Colbalt Logistics Services was deceitful with me to gain the business and I am greatly discouraged by their lack of trust and integrity. I have an email from Lou [redacted] from Jan. 24, 2017 stating as follows: "Just ship it then."(The engine block)" I will find out what Cobalt wants to do. 3 parties that are responsible. Driver, Seller and Myself. (Lou [redacted]) ..." Following his instructions, I had it shipped by LTL. Thereafter he called me and said that they will not do anything to resolve/repay me the cost to have the engine block picked up and delivered to my address. This furthers my distrust in their company.

[redacted] This guy is correct that they did not pick up his engine and he did know that this driver would not pick it up and to contact someone to pick it up from off a pallet as Lou told them to get. We do not pick up engines or crates and all we told [redacted] was that we would ask the driver...
and he refused. I also am not sure why he even told the fdriver that he would meet him at 3:30 in the morning because the driver would have waited until the next morning. His deposit that he paid was for the car only and had nothing to do with the engine at all that was just something that Lou told him we would ask and see and the driver declined.
