additional 45 minutes to comb out the mats in the back of Miss [redacted]'s hair. One of the mats had to be cut out. After that she proceeded to add 4 foils to her hair. We charge 7.00 a foil so her bill was 28.00 at this point. Then my stylist decided to add a glaze to tone down the yellow that was in her hair and make it look blonder. That is a 17.00 charge. I understand Miss [redacted] felt too dark which was from the glaze. That would have lightened up in just a couple of shampoos or we could have adjusted that for her. Miss [redacted]'s appointment was at the end of our business hours on December 23 and shortly after she left, we were closed for the holiday weekend and did not reopen until the 28 th. After our business closed that evening we stayed a bit longer and had some holiday cheer together. Miss [redacted] showed up and called the police. When I spoke with the officer I explained we were closed. She said Miss [redacted] thought she left a prescription in our salon. I took the officer in and we looked around and found nothing. Since receiving the complaint I wrote a check to Miss [redacted] for 45.00 and called and left her a message to pick it up at her connivence. I would be happy to mail it to her if she would prefer that but I will need her address. I do not believe we owe her any more than what she paid for her service.
