He is very knowledgable in his field and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy, from the negotiations with the insurance company to making sure that everything is done to the customer's satisfaction. We had a roof replacement and some inside ceiling repair from where the roof had leaked. In addition, we had a problem with squirrels in the attic and he worked with us and came back numerous times until the problem was solved. He said he wouldn't leave us until we were satisfied on all fronts, and he was true to his word. Also...accessibility is extremely important to me, and was easily reached by phone or text. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
