Review: We do understand the statement buyer beware, however my husband and I were defrauded prior to purchasing the 1986 Mini-Winnie in May of this year. We only purchased the vehicle had passed smog and the carfax was correct. At the time Mr. [redacted] guaranteed the vehicle was in good shape and it had passed smog, however after the review and all the repairs we have encountered it was a blatten lie. We do not understand how the vehicle even passed smog since a lot of the parts were missing. We as consumers should not be defrauded especially since my husband served his country and is now disabled. The vehicle has been in the repair shop continually since the purchase we have replaced a lot of safety items even to be on the road: such as the master cylinders on the brakes, brake were metal to metal we have had to do additional engine repairs,all of the appliance, dumping system, electric inside, gages, tires, lights, defrosting the propane tanks have repairs do to the leaking, and the motorhome has had a lot of dry rot. In our opinion and [redacted] the owner of [redacted] RV located at 56 [redacted] in [redacted] Ca with the phone number of XXX-XXX-XXXX he stated, this vehicle should never have left the lot it was a menace to the highways and roads. It could have caused major damage to the brakes. We as consumers should be protected from business that do not give proper information related to the vehicles that are being sold used vehicles. We also understand he has done this to many other consumers and he is located close to the military beale airforce base and are concerned he has done this to our service men and women which is bad.

Possibly refund some of our money especially for the saftey items we had to replaced such as the brakes. we have all the repair bills we have spent on the vehicle.

Initial Business Response

On 1-1-13, Gov Brown paste a law. We have to give a 30 day warr. We sell used vehicles and all vehicles are smogged before they are sold, also all parts are there. Customer had 30 days to complain until this letter from Revdex.com.

We have never herd from this customer also purchase was not in May 2013 it was 6-26-13.

After 30 days customer rights are over.

We do are best to sell good vehicles.

How can Mr. [redacted] state there was a 20 mile difference on the smog certificate when The spedimeter or the odometer did not even work at the time of sale. He also called us to find out how we can stop the filing with the Revdex.com since he states he has never had a complaint which I do not believe (In my opinion). As for the vehicle being used we knew the vehicle was used it is 2013 not 1986. We understood that the vehicle would need minor repairs not major safety repairs as per

Mr. [redacted]. When we were told all the items worked in the motorhome n the carfax looked clean we did not expect to be misinformed by Mr. [redacted]. As for [redacted] being not truthful to their customers how appalling for Mr [redacted] to slander another business is awful n dispicable. He has been in business for sometime n has helped many customers with repairs. We have been informed it is illeagal for vehicles not to be properly smogged with major mechanical sshould not be sold by a dealership. Also again to state we never contacted him this is a blaten lie. I will with Revdex.com until this situation has been corrected to my approval. All I can say is shame on Mr. [redacted] for deceiving customers.

Customer purchased this motor home on 6-26-13 as a used vehicle, it was not a new m/h. By law they had 30 days to complain about anything. Revdex.com sent letter to Cobb Equip on 12-?-13 was the first.

Also [redacted] RV has never been truthful to customers.

I'm sending copies of smogs with a 20 mile diff on miles. This proves that [redacted] RV was wrong. Again customer had 30 days to complain.
