I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I was not provided any paperwork stating there was a months warranty on the window.
The repairmen spoke to me (a female), not a male as described in his email response.
The leak is occurring because the window is coming off is the truckIt was not properly installed and there is no seal present, which means it wasn't out in when installed.
I have called them once already, was told they would call me back, and they never did.
Their solution to the problem is to add more black goop to the windowThat's not a fixThe window can be completely pushed away from the truck at the bottomThat's where it's leakingIt wasn't properly installedWarranty or not, their installation was terrible and my truck has been leaking for months since.
I want it fixedFor freeOr I'm seeking further legal action.

When the replacement was done for the Nissan Frontier, the
client I spoke with was I’m assuming the client’s friend. As our company
policy, we offer 3-month warranty on glass leakage issues that may occur. About
two weeks later when the job was done, the client’s friend called me about a
leakage problem with the glass. I went to fix the leakage problem for the
Nissan Frontier with him and said that if any problems occur anytime soon to
let us know (as we fix glass leakage issues within the 3-month period of
warranty as our company policy). Then a couple weeks later, I believe it was
another two weeks, he called again saying that the there was a leakage once
more. The second time fixing the leakage issue, I asked him if the job was
satisfactory for him and he said it was. There were no complaints after the
second time of fixing the leakage issue within the 3-month leakage warranty.
Now, in December 2014, over more than a year past the 3-month warranty, I
received a phone call from a lady angrily, yelling over the phone about having
problems with a leakage on her vehicle. I was not sure as to who the lady was,
but it was difficult to talk to her as she was yelling through the phone the
whole time. I told her to give me a call the next day as I thought that would
give her some time to let her calm down so that she can calmly explain to me
what the issue was and the information related to the description of the
invoice, glass replaced, and vehicle description. I did not receive any further
calls from her from then on. Thus, as our company policy is to cover glass
leakage issues within a 3-month period after replacement. If her vehicle continued having leakage problems, the client should have contacted us during the 3-month
warranty period rather than waiting over a year past the 3-month warranty
period to contact us about the problem because we received no complaints after
the second time of fixing the issue. Sometimes issues with a back-glass on
vehicles can arise due to leakage not through the back window, but rather
through somewhere else such as the third brake light found above the back
